Conditions

Christmas Accommodation Program / Special conditions for accommodation in single or family rooms with children or a third adult in the same room. Contact us via email at reservations@palaciodalousa.com . Reservations until December 22, 2025. To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will request a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value, via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Cancel free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total reservation value. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation value. This program cannot be combined with other offers in effect. VAT included.

Christmas Vouchers / You will receive a digital voucher with the Octant Christmas gift by email. For more information and reservations, please contact us at reservations@palaciodalousa.com . This Christmas gift is available for bookings until December 29, 2026 (except from June 1st to September 15th, option 1), in a double room (2 adults). Tourist tax not included. Presentation of this voucher is mandatory at the time of booking and check-in. Reservation subject to availability and hotel confirmation. To guarantee the purchase, the hotel will request payment via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer, or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel.
